Healing Crisis
The body’s cell repair process may raise reactions that some may have brief discomfort, collectively known as “healing crisis”.
These reactions must have a reason behind it, so healing crisis appear with reason(s). The healing crisis also represents that the body’s cells and the immune system is working, the body’s self-healing mechanism is activated. End up with real recovery and healing, that’s why it is also called the “recovery response”.
These reactions vary from person to person and cannot be predicted. They usually occur at old wounds or impaired organs/systems of the body. There are five stages of Healing Crisis, some people may need to go through all stages in order to have a total recovery.
Honeymoon Period | The body nourished, functions improved, spiritual and physical strengthened |
Detoxification Period | Improving metabolism and eliminate toxins from the body |
Sore Period | Sufficient blood and qi circulation, trying to dredge the blocked blood vessels and meridians, causing soreness of those hidden old wounds that have not healed completely before |
Burnout Period | Metabolism improved, active eliminating toxins from the body, feeling of lethargy |
Regeneration Period | Regenerate new cells, physical and functional rebuilt, body resume fitness condition |
修復反應
身體進行細胞修復過程會出現一些狀況,這些狀況可能帶來短暫的不適反應,統稱為 『修復反應』。
每一個身體的反應,背後也一定有原因,修復反應是不會無緣無故地出現的。
修復反應的出現代表,身體細胞和免疫系統正在運作,身體自癒機制啟動中,才能達至真正的治癒,因此也稱為好轉反應。
這些反應因人而異,不能預測,通常發生於一些舊患或病源位。修復反可分為五期,有些人會經歷所有階段才能得到徹底治癒:
蜜月期 | 身體得到營養,機能提升,精神和體力好轉 |
排毒期 | 身體開始提升新陳代謝,排除體內毒素 |
酸痛期 | 氣血充足,開始衝擊及打通阻塞的血管與經絡,去處理未完全痊癒的舊傷,產生酸痛感覺。 |
怠倦期 | 新陳代謝已提升,加快排除體內毒素,產生怠倦感覺 |
再生期 | 新細胞再生,體力和機能重整修復,回復最佳狀態 |
